In addition, customers can expect greater testing accuracy because Conversion Multiplier is able to track conversions that occur offline (for instance, through a toll-free number) and uses both IP addresses and cookies for tracking, instead of depending on cookies alone.

I was fortunate enough to be an employee of Sumantra Roy’s company. After his success in the field of SEO he moved on to the business of improving conversions on websites using his software called Conversion Multiplier – http://www.conversionmultiplier.com.
I was responsible for feeding data in the conversion multiplier software. So I have used this software, see it run and produce results. Only problem is that I was not a client – but I have through knowledge of how it worked.
As we all know that even though split / multivariate testing is done through software, it is humans (the business owner or a group of experienced people) who decide WHAT TO TEST.
Any split-testing software is just a machine to fast-track a process of testing, which would have otherwise taken years to complete to get a statistical significant result.
I would not go into technical details of how it worked because as an ex-employee I feel it’s my moral duty to keep any confidential data – confidential.
The only thing I can tell is that we use to feed data that needed to be tested and Conversion Multiplier would run the multivariate test for a limited period until a condition was filled.
It would then run a concluding test to be VERY SURE that the results were indeed statistical significant.
Once we would achieve results – we would pass on the final version of the website to our clients.
Conversion Multiplier is easy to use if you know a little bit of HTML, of course knowing other web related languages will come in-handy.
Customer support: We had a team of customer support working full time. Though, I am not aware of the current situation.
User guides & documentation: Conversion Multiplier’s user guide was written by Sumantra himself. To the point, but a bit technical.
Value for money: We charged only if we produced results and it also depended on how much improvement was done. So someone with a 400% improvement pays more than someone getting only a 100% improvement.
It won’t be fair on my part to recommended Conversion Multiplier (as I was an employee), but I would like to say if you want to do testing very fast and you know what you want to test than this is a good software.
