I used the landing page part of OnDialog and found it not too difficult to get started. It works well, the problem started when I wanted support. It took a week for the first reply and although they needed only one email to get me going, the timing was off.
Then I requested a quote, asked for a quote and last begged for a quote, but it never came (now 8 months later we stopped using the tool, since I am afraid they are falling over or something)
